Planning & Budget Committee
The role of the Planning & Budget Committee is to ensure that the college budget supports the college's mission and goals and links the college budget with strategic planning.
The Planning & Budget Committee, which has a membership representative of all college constituencies, is responsible for:

oversight for budget process
-
making recommendations to the President
-
informing the various college constituent groups of the budget status
-
reviewing expenditures and income
-
serves as steering committee for the District strategic direction

reviews benchmarks and outcomes
