CAS Workshops

All current Butte College students are welcome to attend our free, drop-in workshops. No pre-registration is necessary. Workshops are 50 minutes long and take place on main campus and at the Chico Center. Workshops begin promptly; late arrivals will not be admitted.

Workshops on Blackboard Basics have already begun. For the Blackboard Basics schedule, see link on left.

The schedules for Main Campus and the Chico Center are now available. See links on left.

All other workshop schedules for Spring 2012 will be available by the end of the second week of the semester.Workshops begin the third week of the semester.

Procedure for Attendance

For workshops on main campus, simply check in at the CAS front desk about 5-10 minutes before the workshop is scheduled to begin. At the Chico Center, go directly to the classroom and you will be checked in as you enter. Please plan on arriving on time as workshops begin promptly, and no one will be admitted after the instructor has begun the presentation.

Students attending workshops will receive proof of attendance upon satisfactory completion of the workshop. Students are expected to offer their full attention during the workshop; receipt of the proof-of-attendance form is at the discretion of the workshop presenter.
