Welding
The Welding Technology program at Butte College prepares students to become certified welders. This program teaches students to read and follow blueprints and plans, lay out jobs, cut and bend materials, operate an oxyacetylene torch, shielded metal arc, flux core arc and mig and tig welding. Butte College offers an Associate of Sciences degree, and/or Career and Technical program Certificate of Achievement.
