The nine month Building Inspection Technology Program (BIT) is designed to prepare combination entry level building inspectors.  This Program has been in existence for over 20 years, and in that time, it has prepared hundred of Building Inspectors.  Many of the graduates have gone on to become Building Officials, Plans Examiners, Home Inspectors, school and hospital inspectors and other related professionals.

   


The Nonstructural Plan Checking Program (NPL) is designed to prepare competent Plans Examiners.  As building codes become more intricate, the need for trained professionals increases yearly.
