The MESA program is supported by a dedicated staff on hand to assist students in nearly every aspect of college life. Since the programs inception in the Fall of 2000, the MESA staff has worked diligently to establish a solid program of excellence. They ensure that every student has support and motivation along with the skills and information necessary to succeed.

	Dr. Derrick Booth Butte College MESA Director (530) 879-4301 Dr. Booth's educational background includes both a Doctorate and a Master's in Environmental Engineering. He also has a Bachelor's of Science in Physics, and was an active member of California State University, Chico's MESA Program.
