Verification of Enrollment

 

Request for verification of enrollment can be made in the Admissions & Records office, by mail, by fax or by using the Student Verification Request form. When submitting your request please give us your full name, Social Security number and/or birthdate. Specify what information you need (G.P.A., dates of attendance, Degree Award, etc.) if it is other than enrollment in the current semester. Written permission and you signature is required to release your information.

Mailing verifications for students is possible but the student must incur the mailing cost. So your request must be accompanied by a self-addressed-stamped-envelope. All other requests will be held in the admissions office and the student will be required to pick up their own verification. Please allow 3-5 working days to process your request.

COST: The first two enrollment verifications are free. All subsequent requests cost $3.00. We also provide on-demand transcripts at the Main Campus Admissions Office Tuesday thru Thursday from 2:00-4:00pm for $5.00/each.
