Welcome to Butte College! If you are enrolled in grades K-12 while you are attending Butte College, you will be considered a "Special Admit" student. K-12 students have their own designated times to register for classes over the telephone. See the current class schedule or the Butte College home page for the day and times to call.

K-12 students are not required to participate in the new student orientation activities; however, they do need to meet the assessment requirement. Review the exemptions at this website to see if you are exempt from this requirement (in particular, see "One or Two Classes Only" and "Exempt Classes Only").

If the Basic Skills Assessment is necessary, review this information to prepare for the assessment and select a test date. You will need to complete the BSA one week prior to your appointment date.

Call the Assessment Office with questions at 895-2350. If you have additional questions about being a concurrently enrolled K-12 student, contact the Office of School Relations at 895-2462.
