Mobile Classroom Technology

Media Services maintains an equipment inventory for use in classrooms. Equipment must be reserved in advance. Late requests must be picked up by the instructor as all classroom deliveries are scheduled in advance. Several items of equipment have been permanently assigned to classrooms to meet high use demands. Instructors may use this equipment as required without advanced booking.

Do not remove equipment from the assigned area unless otherwise approved by the Media Services Department.

Audio visual equipment is not checked out to students. However, if a student needs a piece equipment for a class presentation, the equipment can be checked out to the instructor of the class and the instructor will be responsible for the materials used. Media Services provides instruction upon request on the use of all Classroom Technology.
